Wife and I stayed there on 11/28 for business travel for LLCC. Arrived closer to midnight. Richard and another gentleman were polite, helpful and friendly. They assisted us with finding a tire place for a minor issue with our car. They both were really nice and went beyond their duties to assist guests with non hotel matters. The room was spacious, clean and had all necessary amenities including microwave, stove and fridge for one night lol we had a great quiet night too. Breakfast was provided in the morning too; I enjoyed it as well Will return if needed. Keep up the great work

Frequent traveler with a typical year of 30-45 days away from home. Unfortunately this is perhaps the worst service I’ve ever witnessed from a hotel staff. “Karen” self-identified as a manager ruined what was intended to be a small and brief gathering of a few kids and their parents for a culminating birthday celebration. From insisting that hotel “guests could not have visitors” to “we need to physically verify how Many guests are in the room (at 8pm)” to false noise complaints, this was outright harassment. I have never felt more unwelcome at ANY hotel.
